    So yeah, I've probably spent close to like 700 bucks on shaving crap since the beginning of March. A leather strop, a couple of hones, 2 straight razors, numerous shaving products such creams, soaps, pre-shave oils, after shave balms, after shave splashes, lotions, better face washes, Thayers Witch Hazel toner, blah blah blah...

    and I freaking love it... I only shave ever other day and at night at that...

    I had the best shave last night. I hit my 12000 grit naniwa water stone a few passes on both razors. Got them mirror finished and then stropped. I got the jewelers loupe out and checked out the edges... SUPERB... the razor glided really easy against my skin.  Closest with NO IRRITATION shave of all time. My skin still feels super smooth over 12 hours later. 
    I put on Speick after shave balm before coming to work. Which makes your skin feel baby butt soft.

    the only draw back im noticing is that my whiskers do seem to be denser now that i shave regularly...

          I got a new beard trimmer. It has a Lithium battery in it, and it will run off of the line voltage while it's plugged in. It's awesome.


          I don't need all that fancy shit because I have a beard. Real men have beards.

              yeah i know i don't need all that shit but it's fun... especially with all the different kinds of shaving creams, soaps, lotions balms... finding the ones i really like ... reading reviews on them before trying them... this is all a process...



              ive been sucking at darts lately, so i needed a new hobby to enjoy besides bangin slappy's mom...

                  i use to keep a beard or scruff most of the time... but there is too much gray hair in it which makes me look way older than i am ... when im clean shavin i like way younger...

                  the effort to have a nice smooth comfortable face is worth it to me...

                  shaving with a razor sharp cut throat razor is more manly than having a beard


                  nothing like having that cold steel against your neck peeling a layer of skin away... oh yes... makes you feel alive!
