Already promoted from Husband/Fiancée, if I didn't mention last year I bought Lisa an engagement ring. Also promoted to Daddy. Baby Erica is growing so fast, 14 months already.

But at work I am going for a Vice President position. It closed beginning of this month and The Board Meeting is this Friday so hope it goes well. I hope you are all well.

Hey good afternoon you crazy bastards. Hope all is well.

Things have been crazy busy the last month. Last 15 months. Baby Erica is 15.5 months old now. Getting so big. Very talkative and learning so fast. Loves going for rides on the ATV.

Going into salary negotiations next week. Have no clue what to ask for. Maybe an extra 30? If my Boss says K or % I will say yes. Lol. I already have a work truck, maybe ask for a new one and a better House?
