A fuel tanker that is!

Howdy Guys, long time and I hope you are well. So things have been super busy and a little more so this week. So I helped offload 15 million litres last week for home and after that I found out that my old Department was a little short handed. Long story short they asked us to help them in 3 Communities.

So one of my Guys went with one Tanker to two Communities and he'll be gone for 14 days depending on weather and I came to my hometown of Kugluktuk for a week. So it was only a 20 hour ride over between Cambridge Bay and Kugluktuk so I said why the hell not let's try ride the Ship! Thank God the waves were good and at most were like 6 feet. But what an experience! Check them out.

It was tough to leave Lisa and Baby Erica.

Since She was born over 18 months ago, last night was the very first night I did not sleep in the same room as her. Her Mom is doing great with her.

I have been doing 14 hour days since last Momday and won't be done here til Friday or Saturday. I am switching to 12 hour night shifts tonight. I woke up at 4am and napped from 3pm to 5pm so I should be fine tonight.

I took a ride on the Goodyear Blimp. And a glass tube that my dad designed for the navy that was attached to a ship. Dolphins were swimming alongside the windows watching us. I took a ride in a helicopter for prom. I've been on hayride.

But never a Fuel tanker. I hope you brought a big box of strike anywhere matches.

Im pretty sure I once woke up on a fuel tanker after a wild night of partying, but I cant be sure

I dont think I have ever ridden anything weird (unless you count MUFDVR's mom)
