It takes a long time to build a clientele base as an indep. attorney

I have a few friends who are lawyers, went solo, and drive uber or bartend on the side

you also have to take in alot of crappy clients to build experience and build your client base..like Saul Goodman

My buddy Don, who got me on Fight Club and has won me (and himself) many contest prizes; just won, through an L.A. radio station contest, an all expenses paid trip to Albuquerque, NM to visit the set and wrap party for "Better Call Saul". The contest win is for 2 people. He wants me to go with him. Problem is: the date for the trip isn't set yet. I'll know in a couple of weeks when it it is and if I can go.

Oh, jeeze... when Don and I get together. Anything goes. We will find trouble.
